Collection Update! - Isolation
during this unprecedented global lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been staying safe in Bournemouth. Unfortunately, I had not initially planned to be staying here for this long, but due to government-mandated travel restrictions, I am left without my main camera gear. To push myself and try to capture some of the emotions during this lockdown time, I have been creating a collection of images which are primarily shot on a mobile phone (the world’s most accessible camera).
I wanted to share some of these photos as soon as possible and I will be continuing to add to the collection and curating it with time. Once the lockdown is over, I will also be able to develop some two rolls of film from the only other camera I have with me. Until then, I hope you enjoy these shots and are staying safe!

A curated collection of photographs captured during the initial UK COVID lockdown between March and June 2020. All of the photos were captured in Bournemouth and the surrounding area during government-sanctioned walks, respectfully abiding by the regulations of distancing and reduced exposure to the outdoors. Overall, this delivered an additional challenge, which essentially limited my shooting times to morning runs or evening walks and hence a distinctly warm feeling is largely portrayed across the images.
